Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

My variation on this recipe was to start by buying strips of pork shoulder instead of the typical large roast.  More surface area for the rub and easier to brown, fit in the Crock Pot and shred.  Then we added whichever BBQ sauce to our bun from the 4-pack I picked up from Walmart.  Best of all, lots of leftovers and more sauces to choose from.
