Just mix together grated broccoli and cauliflower, bread crumbs, a couple eggs, Parmesan cheese, capers, salt and pepper to form these surprisingly delicious, oven-roasted cakes. Recipe is from Lois Lane, I mean Teri Hatcher, as she demonstrated on a recent show of The Kitchen on The Food Network. A nice side dish, reasonably low in calories and carbs, and leftovers heat up nicely.
