Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Fine Wine Sunday has been a tradition for many years now and the one below featured Bobby Flay's Grilled Shrimp Skewers.  The shrimp was grilled for just a few minutes then brushed with simmered olive oil, garlic and chile flakes that's blended with oregano, salt and pepper.  It was accompanied by jasmine rice, baked Parmesan green beans and a bottle of Sanford “Vista al Rio" Pinot Noir.

My wife knocks it out of the park once again!
