If you haven't come across Bird Eye shreds, and you're looking a something-different side dish, check them out. I really like the white cabbage and carrots pictured below, but there are also carrots and broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and potatoes and sweet potatoes with broccoli & cauliflower. While you can microwave them, do your taste buds a favor and roast them in a skillet.
