Grilled Balsamic and Soy Marinated Flank Steak

Nothing better than a marinated flank steak on the gas grill in the summertime.  I think the best feature is that the end pieces can be medium-well and the middle pieces medium-rare, satisfying diverse preferences.  Of course, medium-rare is the right answer...
