Printing a web page to a PDF from a web browser is standard fare, but doing that from a script takes a utility like the free (I love free) WKHTMLTOPDF.  Comes with dozens of options to control the output, such as collation, resolution, orientation, headers and footers. If you need image output, WKHTMLTOIMAGE is also available.
