Chicken Salad with Caesar Dressing

It's the addition of the avocado in the caesar dressing that caught our attention in this simple recipe and the results were superb.  I like the fact that the dressing, instead of sliding the rest of the ingredients around, binds it together nicely.  And you might tell I liked the dressing by the double scoop (at least) on each English muffin.
