Everything Bagel Hot Dog

Another fusion of breakfast and dinner, combining this man's favorite, a jumbo hot dog, with cream cheese and the five ingredients that top my favorite bagel, that being sesame and poppy seeds, dried onion flakes, dried garlic flakes, and coarse sea salt.  Summer will see this being devoured several more times.
