Grilled Zucchini Salad With Mustardy Vinaigrette

Piling on the parsley, basil and chives turns this sliced and grilled zucchini into a meal by itself.  The vinaigrette, kicked up with Dijon and shallots, adds a sharp tang.  This time of year is perfect for zucchini, so don't put this recipe off for long.
