Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Tenders

A simple and tasty alternative to coating chicken strips with flour, panko or bread crumbs is to use crushed pretzels.  Adds flavor, texture and visual appeal and makes the mustard-based dipping sauce a natural.  Baking, instead of frying, makes this a "am I really on a diet?" dream and the "no messy grease cleanup" is definitely welcome.
