You just blend the cocoa together with melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt, and pour it into a greased baking pan. About 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven gets the job done. And for some portion control, I cut them into small pieces, as shown in the picture below, and used considerable willpower to eat only one a day.
