Dayton's Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is soon expanding from the confines of The Oregon District to include most of the central and eastern sides of downtown, as shown in the graphic below. You can buy alcoholic beverages from a business within the DORA which they will sell in a specific plastic cup. You can enjoy your beverage outside within the marked signage of the DORA. Look for signs as there are several rules you have to follow. Some other nearby DORAs include Austin Landing, Miamisburg, Troy, and Lebanon.
