Chef Elaine and I made a trip up north of Yellow Springs, Ohio to visit the newly remodeled Young's Jersey Dairy, shown below. Yes it's bright and shiny and the ice cream is still to die for, but I miss the old setup with dozens of servers ready to scoop your favorite flavor. Don't worry, you can still feed the goats, conquer a corn maze, and pick pumpkins. Can't wait until we get a chance to take our grandkids there!
