Roasted Pork With Apples And Potatoes

Sheet pan recipes are the bomb, making cleanup so much easier.  My wife used fresh rosemary from our elevated herb garden, which combined with the thyme (rhyme intentional) and the drizzle was perfect for the pork tenderloin.  Potatoes, green beans and apples rounded out a "I can't believe this is a Tuesday night dinner!" moment.  Lucky me.
