Spaghetti Squash with Herbs & Ricotta

If you're wanting to cut back on carbs but need to trick your mouth into believing you haven't, baked spaghetti squash could be your answer.  Garlic, parsley and basil provide ample flavor and the ricotta cheese adds both texture and taste.  I was a bit too anxious to try my wife's cooking, leading to some skillet showing.  Worth it.
