Thanks to a gift certificate from my daughter and her husband, we treated ourselves to the Beef Wellington seen below. It's from Goldbelly, a service that delivers high-end meats, seafood, sandwiches, pizza, BBQ, and desserts in insulated boxes packed with dry ice.
