Folder Painter

Back in May of 2018, I posted about Folder Colorizer, a handy utility to change the color of Windows folder icons.  Free back then, it now costs $9.95 (boo), so a little searching turned up Folder Painter, a free (I love free) option to accomplish the same thing.
