Weather Voice Announcements

Our Infiniti G37x had the annoying habit of announcing nearby weather events, shouting out things like "Gale warning 10 miles from your current location!".  Fortunately, there's a setting for that, as shown below.  We'll still get the text of the warning or watch on the display, but now the shouting will stop.
