Cleaning the griddle you see below has been made 75% easier by loading it up with ice cubes right after I've finished making smashburgers. Before, I would pour a large cup of tap water on it and wait for it to cool down enough to handle, and then it would take me several minutes to rinse and scrub before it was ready to be seasoned with oil. Using the ice cubes, it's ready to clean right after dinner is finished and takes only about a minute.
