We're using all the fresh corn we possibly can before our local fruit stand calls it a season. Chef Elaine used this Sesame Corn and Basil Saute recipe consisting of fresh corn, toasted sesame seeds, unsalted butter, garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper to create a "Yes, I will have another serving!" masterpiece. This will be on the top of the repeat list when next summer rolls around.
