Normally you find handicapped parking close to a business' entrance as possible, but in the case of Mad Mex in Pittsburgh (North Hills), they moved it to a back corner of their lot, next to their dumpsters (I presume), as shown below. That puts it about as far away from the entrance as it can get. I can't even guess what they were thinking (other than not thinking).
