Our house was built in 1958 and to our knowledge, the garage has never been painted since, which explains the ivory color in the left picture below. My brother-in-law sealed numerous cracks and patched a couple of larger spots and then our painter, Dustin Miller, did a superb job painting it white. It looks so nice now!
