I'm a big fan of corn-on-the-cob slathered with lots of melted butter, but this recipe just might cure me of that. These grilled-steamed ears were spiced up with a brush of olive oil and sprinkled with cilantro and chili powder. Served with Costco steaks and tomatoes with basil and balsamic vinegar, this meal was another Sunday night feast!
