Italian Al Fresco

Last month delivered another fun, educational and tasty class at the Dorothy Lane Culinary Center, this one featuring Italian dishes on the fresh and lighter side, with a little pasta thrown in.  It's amazing all the little tips you pick up, like prepping the gas grill using oil, a paper towel and a part of tongs.
