Old Fashioned Potato Salad

For my wife's retirement party I made this potato salad which goes light on the mustard and mayo to bring out all the tasty potato, celery and onion goodness. The best comment I received was that they had never seen such precisely cubed potatoes before. Yep, that would be me.
