I'm a two-extra-large olive guy for my martini, but Chef Elaine likes the lemon twist. I was really bad at adding that extra touch until I ran into Steve the Bartender on YouTube. The link below has his video on making various cocktail garnishes. That video helped me make the cutesy lemon swirl shown below, my best by far.
